What can you expect?

$250 pp for AFCI Members or $395 for Non-Members (CDN FUNDS)

Hotel suites are not included but discount rates will be given to attendees staying at the hotel. Parking fees will be included in your registration fees. Bring your license plate number to the front desk.

AFCI Hotel Rate is $149 per night and includes parking for one car.

Marriott does offer an online incentive at Marriott.com/yyccs if you book through your Marriott Rewards Card number and you pre-pay your stay you can receive a discounted rate.  For example, for 1 night on September 30th the rate is as low as $121.00. Please keep in mind that if the individuals do go this route they cannot cancel their stay or move dates once the booking is confirmed.

9:30 am: Eileen Hull – Making a Journal book
11:00am: Break
11:30am: Jenn Widney – Financial tips to prepare for your business future

12:30 noon: Lunch – Soup, sandwiches & drinks. (basic daily menu idea laid out below)

1:30pm: Kim Evans – Upcycling Glass
3:00pm: Break
3:30pm: Jayson Krause – Leadership
5:00pm: Dinner at the Kitchen (Hotel restaurant)
7:00pm: Networking and ‘Make and Take’

NOTE: If we have 12 or more registrations by the 25th of August we will be able to add a full sit down dinner included in the fee. If we are under 12 by that date, we will only be able to provide the appetizers and you will be responsible for your own meal costs from the menu)

10:00am: Finalize any projects from the drying rack
10:45am – Coffee Break
11:00am: – Round Table. Prize Pack Give aways.

12:00 Lunch Buffet wrap up.

The Round Table is where we all work together to re-cap the weekend, learn what classes you want, what instructors interest you, locations and times of year to plan the future events.

We do have options for gluten-free and vegetarian. You will be asked to specify if you require these special meals.

The basic daily menu (not including dinner)
